Maui Revealed Guide

Maui sunset over the clouded skies of the deep Maui forest, with streaming running through.

My wife and I used the Maui Revealed guide to Maui (and Kaua’i) on our 2015 trip and we won’t go back without the updated versions. Thank you for all your hard work. Without your guidance we never would have found Flyin Hawaiian Zipline or The Feast at Lele – highlights of the trip. We are planning a return trip to Maui in 2018 and called to make a reservation at Feast at Lele to get a beachside table. We were informed by the manager that because of local regulations they had to turn the entire venue 180 degrees so that diners no longer have the beautiful view of the sunset. Instead they look at a manmade stage and backdrop. I looked at pictures and we decided not to return because the view was a big part of the experience. I haven’t seen mention of this in updates and I thought it might be of interest.

What Readers Have to Say

“My husband and I have made quite a few trips to the islands and the last four were with your book in hand… We wouldn’t leave home without them. They really helped us to enjoy all of Hawaii, not just the high spots. Thank you so much for your insight and expertise on the islands.”
