214 rooms, pool, spa, restaurant, free fitness room, free hi-speed Internet access in rooms, studios have no lanai, free room safes, free local calls. A 12-story tower from 1970. Rooms are fairly ordinary, but clean. Continental breakfast by the pool is free, and the pool area is their high point--very picturesque. The restaurant is open until 4 a.m. and has computers. They have a hospitality room for early check-ins or late check-outs, with showers, TVs and computers. Parking is $19 (valet-only). Rooms (274 sq. ft.) are $148-$203, studio kitchenettes (484 sq. ft.) are $270-$280. (These latter rooms are in a 3-story building that does not have an elevator.) Overall, not a bad value if you can do without overly spiffy rooms. 3 blocks from the beach.
