34 rooms, full kitchens, Wi-Fi in rooms, Internet kiosk in lobby. A 6-story building built in 1963 right across from the Ala Wai Canal and Boulevard (the latter can be noisy). This is a family-operated condo, and it’s pretty no-frills. No room safes, but you can use front desk’s. They completed renovations in 2009 and have done some upgrades more recently of new appliances and some furnishings, but it’s very basic. The ceilings either have cloud- or ocean- themed murals—good, because you can’t see the actual ocean from here, which is a pretty long walk. Parking is $15 (cheap). Studios (315 sq. ft.) are $143–$179, 1/1s (350 sq. ft.) are $179–$225. Their online rates usually have good discounts.
