"Although I've been coming to Kaua'i for the past 18 years, I recently picked up a copy of your Ultimate Kaua'i Guidebook. WOW!!!! Is the only word to express the fantastic job that you have done. It was very interesting to read your reviews of tour operators, activities, restaurants and accommodations. I especially appreciated the mile markers and detailed directions to some of the beaches that I have heard about for years but was never quite sure how to get there."

39 units, heated pool and spa, daily maid, elevator, bbq area, free daily coffee, free room safe, free hi-speed Internet access or Wi-Fi in most in rooms and lobby. This is a lovely property and very serene. The grounds are well-manicured, and the setting for the pool is outstanding. Though individually owned and decorated, they are well-furnished with koa wood doors and even koa floor trim in the closets. In the past the units were some of the most expensively furnished we had seen. On this visit, though still lovely, the newer condos in the area are starting to make some of the units feel a bit dated. The resort is very quiet, and they provide more personalized service than you will find elsewhere. (They will even do your grocery shopping before you arrive and stock your refrigerator.) Some units have Jacuzzi bathtubs, many overlooking the ocean. They are not on a beach, but there is a snorkeling cove nearby. 1/2 units are $349–$541. (These actually have two bedrooms, but you are limited to 2 people and charged as if it were 1/2.) 2/2 units are $479–$709. Most units have 1,390 sq. ft. (plus lanai) except the deluxe, which has 2,200 sq. ft. In all, it’s expensive, but worth the money if you get a deal. By the way, even at this price they have an obnoxious mandatory $15 resort fee. With all the services they provide, do they really have to charge an extra $15 so you can have “free” Internet, coffee and beach towels? (OK, end of rant.)
