226 units, 2 tennis courts, bbq area, pool, keiki pool, 2 spas, playground, volleyball and small basketball courts, free Wi-Fi resort-wide, (from first set of numbers) weekly maid, washer/dryer in unit, and free room safes. Most units are timeshares, but many are not. The room layout is good, especially the third floor units with lofts and high ceilings. Buildings 8 and maybe 9 are worth the upgrade to ocean view; otherwise, stick with garden views since other ocean views are pretty distant. Rooms in the rental pool, from the first set of numbers, were renovated in 2010 with very pleasing results. All units are decorated the same. Their pool is really nice with a quiet pool/spa for adults and waterfall area for keiki. Lots of stuff for rent at the front desk, from bikes to tennis racquets. They have a great bbq hale on the bluff by the ocean. 1/2 units (917–964 sq. ft.) are $290–$320, 1/2 units with loft (quasi second bedroom) at 1,231–1,282 sq. ft. are $350–$380. The second set of numbers are for Oceanfront Realty, whose rates can be substantially cheaper, but they don’t have maid service and decor can vary greatly. From them, it’s a Solid Gold Value. Ahh!
