72 units, pool, coin-op laundry (washer/ dryers in some units), free hi-speed Internet access, a/c in studios. Grounds are very well-tended, and the pool and bbq area are very pretty. Built in 1962, the resort’s clean for its age. Some units are more updated than others. Located across the road from the ocean, this used to be a hotel but was converted to condos, so expect some bizarre room layouts. The ocean views here are not that great, but if you want a glimpse, get a unit above the first floor and closer to the road. Some long-term rentals here. If you are looking at unit numbers ending in 30–37, then you may want to opt for a park-facing, odd-numbered unit for a more pleasant view than the interior courtyard. Studios (338–450 sq. ft.) are $50–$110, 1/1 units (600–720 sq. ft.) are $105–$145. There is also a 2/1 penthouse (875 sq. ft.) with a large roof deck for $200–$275. 4-night minimum from first phone number, which is for a large group of owners. Prices decrease for longer stays, and because you are dealing directly with the owners, they may be more flexible with the price. The second set of numbers has slightly higher rates.
