30 units, pool, sauna, bbq area, tennis court and paddle court (mini tennis). Located in the bottom of a small crater, the grounds are pleasant and well maintained, but there is no view. (Technically speaking, you’re in a hole.) When the trade winds aren’t blowing, it can get pretty hot in there, and sounds bounce around in an odd way. Lots of rental agents have units here, not just the number listed (which charges for local calls). 2/2 townhouse units (1,240 sq. ft.) are a pretty good deal at $160–$214. Prices decrease if you stay longer than 7 nights. No Internet access here.
