A 25-story tower with a hot red floral and darkchocolate bold decor in rooms—sort of a lava color scheme. Breakfast is free with live entertainment—you either eat it at the pool, or you can take it over to the beach across the street in one of their free cooler bags. No coffee makers in rooms for us coffee addicts. Complimentary beach chairs available. Tiny lanais on the Diamond Head side are standing room only. Some connecting rooms available. Overall, the place feels busy and loud most of the time. Parking is valet only for $27. There is a mandatory $15 “amenity” fee that includes room safe, Internet, local and toll free calls and some other items. Rooms (225 sq. ft.) are $249–$559. Suites (374–1,100 sq. ft.) are $429–$979. These prices seem slightly high to us, but few pay the rack rates.
