120 units, 2 pools, 2 spas, a/c, free fitness room, free hi-speed Internet access, washer/dryer in unit, a bbq on the lanai, garages (which you’ll probably get to use, depending on the owner). Finished in 2008, this property has 16 two- and three-story buildings. The units are upscale and nicely furnished. The resort is very similar to the Fairway Villas and Waikoloa Colony Villas in terms of the layouts and designs. Some condos are two-story townhouses; other two-bedroom units have a loft area that can be used as a third bedroom with limited privacy; still others are single story. There are no real ocean views here (just fairway views), and despite the name, you are far from the beach at this resort. 2/2 and 2/2s with loft units (1,209–1,460 sq. ft.) are $375–$395. 3/3s (1,725 sq. ft.) are $575–$595. Rack rates have come down a lot since our last edition and are more in line now. No cleaning fees here. 3-night minimum.
