15 units, pool, washer/dryer in unit, bbq, elevator. It’s a good value with a few downsides. Large units, decent price, reasonably furnished and a 5-minute walk to Kahalu‘u Beach Park. The negative is the location. Let’s just say it’s the nicest place in the neighborhood, which isn’t necessarily a good thing. The elevator is secured with key access. And although the address is Alii Drive, it’s way off Alii up Makalea Street. If you are looking for an ocean view, get the second floor or above, but you’ll still have to look over a gravel-covered empty lot. 1/1s (800 sq. ft.) are $115–$165, 2/2s (1,400 sq. ft.) are $155–$165. 3-night minimum.
