Many units are right on the golf course with distant ocean views from the large lanais. If you want to avoid stairs, get a second-floor unit. (First-floor units have stairs that go down and feel more like basement units.) There is more traffic noise in this area since the bypass road has opened. 2/2 units (1,000 sq. ft.) are $110–$145, 3/2 units (1,400 sq. ft.—the third bedroom is simply a loft) are $140–$175. 3-night minimum.
