154 rooms, pool, small spa, washer/dryer in oceanfront units only (others use coin-op laundry), free hi-speed Internet access in rooms, free Wi-Fi in the lobby (which also has a computer kiosk), bbqs, elevators, a/c only in units across the road from the ocean. With some units on both sides of Alii Drive, the oceanfront units can be a very good deal, depending on who you rent from. The complex is run by Castle Resorts (the top phone numbers), but units rented from SunQuest (second set of numbers) offer dramatically cheaper rates. Castle provides maid service for stays of 7 or more nights and has no minimum stay. Units are smallish and adequate, but the views are excellent from the large lanais on the oceanfront units. The pool is annoyingly located behind the main building, and you probably won’t want to use it. Units across the street are not worth the discount—go for oceanfront. Castle Resort prices for studios (586 sq. ft.) are $205–$245, 1/2s (651 sq. ft.) are $225–$325, 2/2s (806 sq. ft.) are $355–$395, 3/2s (1,052 sq. ft.) are $455–$495. Castle has the most units, but they’re overpriced. You should be able to get a package to take the sting off those rates.
