(Units ending in 07–12 have no view.) Floors 4 and above are better (traffic below is farther away). This isn’t the place to stay if you’re looking for dreamy, tropical grounds, but it is the place to stay if you’re looking for a convenient, downtown Kona location. 1/2 units (780 sq. ft.) are $135–$210 (some have a loft). 3-night minimum.
