108 units, 2 tennis courts, central a/c, pool and spa, washer/dryer in unit, elevator, free Wi-Fi in some, bbqs. This fairly old building is right across the street from White Sands Beach Park, which is usually swimmable. Nice pool and grounds. The buildings are well maintained. They get a few extra points for the beach proximity (but don’t expect much of an ocean view from most rooms because of the orientation). Smallish 2/2 units are mostly adequate. (The washer and dryer is directly across from the toilet—that’s different.) The elevator doesn’t go to every room elevation, so you may have to deal with some stairs. 2/2 units (875–1,010 sq. ft.) are $122–$180. 3-night minimum.
