124 rooms, pool, a/c, Internet access in most, washer/dryer in unit, elevators, bbq. This condo is located just up the hill from the main part of Kona town. There are not many views from these 5 buildings that vary up to 7 stories high. Buildings A and B have some partial ocean views from even numbered rooms. Get a higher floor for a better view. The units are decent, and most have been updated very nicely—especially from first agent listed. All units are large with pleasing layouts and generous-sized lanais. 1/2 units (879 sq. ft) are $111–$165. 2/3 units (1,194 sq. ft.) are $132–$245. 3-night minimum.
