86 units, central a/c, room safe, pool and spa, free Wi-Fi by pool and lobby, hi-speed Internet access in the rooms, daily maid service, washer/dryer in unit, elevators. Nicely furnished units, quiet, with pleasant grounds. The pool has an adjacent sandy area that’s kind of nice. The oceanfront saltwater pool mentioned on page 63 is next to the grounds. This place is run more like a hotel than a condo (but rooms are individually owned) and local calls are 75¢. Though some sections have 4 floors, the better views are from 2 & 3 since palm tree crowns can block some of the 4th-floor unit views. This is a nice resort, but the rack rates are way too steep, and most can get a package deal or a discount. The staff is consistently pleasant here. 1/2 units (1,036 sq. ft.) are $329–$499, 2/2 units (1,400 sq. ft.) are $399–$569.
