166 units, 2 lighted tennis courts, 3 pools, room safes, free Wi-Fi by the pool and in the large lobby, washer/dryer in unit, daily maid, bbqs. Upscale units with amenities, such as showers with two heads and large Jacuzzi bathtubs in the 2- and 3-bedroom units by the water, outdoor wet bars, etc. 2/2 units are quite large, 3/2 units simply add an open loft to 2/2 unit. Our only complaint is that they seem to nickel and dime you on the small stuff, like charging $1 to receive a fax and air conditioning that is an extra $15 per day. For these room rates, they should include these. Nice location on the lava shore. Overall, you should be pleased here. 1/2 units (1,200–1,336) are $285–$325, 2/2 units (1,648 sq. ft.) are $315–$375, 3/2 units (1,838 sq. ft.) are $405–$425. 2- or 4-night minimum. The second set of numbers has much cheaper prices but no daily maid service and charges $20 per day for a/c.
